A Long's Proposal Story: Kim and Katie

The story of Kim & Katie:

Kim on the beach right after she said yes!

After months of careful, top-secret planning and a thunderstorm-mandated postponement, one hot sunny July evening, Katie convinced Kim to swing by their favorite beach for a sunset stroll on the way to dinner. They walked down the sandy, hilly path to Herring Cove Beach (Kim not suspecting a thing) until they happened upon a beautifully set table out in the middle of the beach, surrounded by tiki torches and rose petals. Knowing the jig was up, Katie dropped to her knee, pulled out Kim’s dream ring and popped the question, to which Kim answered yes! Our wonderful caterers quickly swooped in and whispered, did she say yes? before popping the champagne and serving us an exquisite three course dinner at our private table on the beach with our very own bonfire. This night and the night we met at the Pied Bar just up the road remain, to this day, tied in our hearts and minds as the two most magical nights of our lives.
